|The BDA Way
"The BDA Way" is a proprietary blend of high-performance sales techniques, cross-media integration strategies and the ability to be a true implementation company.
This system is used to analyze a company's situation and needs, articulate its general goals and specific objectives and then develop and implement a strategic and tactical marketing plan that will help the client achieve those goals and objectives.
This system gives structure to what can be the very complex process of understanding who the company is now, what the brand stands for, what position is occupied in the market and so on.
The BDA Way is then used to take the client through the rebranding process where a more effective differentiation is established, category leadership established if possible, target specific messaging created, a graphical brand identity developed and so on. From this point, a number of materials are created and programs implemented depending upon the needs of the client.
BDA takes a one-on-one, highly involved approach with its clients, functioning very much as a member of the client's management team. The BDA Way includes meetings to hold all parties accountable and to ensure that the plan developed for your business is being properly implemented.
