Formula for Getting Restoration Jobs from Insurance Agents
- First, you need to decide that your own sales program is the primary way you want to grow your business. It doesn’t have to be the only way, but you have to organize your company to support this approach. (We’ll walk you through what needs to be done—it’s not hard.)
- Then, we have to do the strategy work necessary to differentiate you from the competition.
- Next, we have to have the right salesperson/salespeople in place. (We can hire the right ones for you if necessary.)
- The next step is to train them in our sales methodology and how to execute the marketing programs.
- Then, we will provide your salespeople with all the sales tools they’ll need.
- After training, we turn them loose on the market and stay by their side nearly every day as they get up and running.
- As part of that, we set up the CRM, reporting and sales management processes and execute them (the processes, not the salespeople!).
- We will manage your salespeople and sales program for you until our engagement ends or for as long as you wish. If you participate, you’ll have a turnkey management system ready for you or a Sales Manager to step into and run.
We expect a salesperson (the right salesperson) that is trained and managed in our program to generate at least $400,000 in new, closed collected business in their first year. We generally want to see that double in year two and year three. This is somewhat market and company dependent, but we have had salespeople following these programs routinely achieve $2 million in annual sales and a few select superstars have hit $3, $4 and even $5 million!
